It's hard to ignore the fact that today is Election Day in the U.S. If you went to the polls today, tell us what it was like. Long line? Free stickers? Hanging chads? We want the details.

I didn't have to wait at all, actually. I got lucky.

I woke up around 6 am because my mom said that she'd call me and tell me how crowded the place was. She called and said it was really crowded (this is when it opened at 6), then called back a few minutes later saying that the line had gone down. So I went around 6:30 and went in and out right away.

Not bad for my first Presidential Election voting experience.

And yes, I got a sticker. I saw people with cooler stickers though. Mine is tiny and says "I voted" with an American flag next to it. They really need to get cooler stickers. lol

Oh, and by the way, I go to school in downtown Chicago (literally across the street from Grant Park where Barack Obama is having his rally tonight) and there were quite a few people already there. They've got the roads that run through Grant Park blocked off and there are police everywhere. Thankfully, my school cancelled classes this evening so that we could get out of the city quickly. It's going to be crazy, I'd go if it wasn't going to be so crowded, otherwise.
